Max, full name Maxine Mayfield, is new to Hawkins College and is in the class of 4 boys Mike, Will, Lucas and Dustin. Her style is very similar to that of the boys. Max is more mature, but also very rebellious and this quickly fascinates the little gang.Very quickly, we understand that Max's family history is not easy. Her parents have just divorced, her mother has rebuilt his life (explaining the move to Hawkins) and she has a tumultuous relationship with her half-brother Billy, who constantly intimidates her, replicating the violent parenting model his father gave him…When Lucas and Dustin both fall under Max's spell, they do everything they can to integrate her into the little gang, but the latter feels excluded. The boys refuse to include her in their secrets so as not to reveal what happened last year about Will in the upside down world and Mike can't imagine a new girl to take Eleven's place in the gang...It is on Halloween that Max will really start going with the boys. And it's on this episode that Funko chose to rely for this new Funko pop of Max in Stranger Things. While the boys are dressed as Ghostbusters, Max has opted for the costume of the serial killer Michael Myers from the Halloween movies. She surprises the gang by scaring them!Note: the Halloween mask on Max's pop is probably even scarier than the one in the movie, because taking the style of the faces made by Funko on these figurines, there is not even the mouth giving an even colder effect. The Max's POP action figure thus represents her in the blue suit of the serial killer. She holds in one hand a knife and in the other hand a small pumpkin allowing her to collect the candies offered by the inhabitants of Hawkins. The white mask of the killer is simply lifted up on top of her head revealing the girl's face and her long red hair.
