Wrecking Ball is one of the characters of the game Overwatch. This little hamster, named Hammond, drives a mechatron on the battlefield and turns into a real ball that cleans up the enemy ranks.Before becoming a fierce fighter, Hammond is originally a simple experiment. He is one of the many animals sent to the Horizon Moon Colony to conduct behavioural tests. During these experiments, some animals showed astonishing reactions, seeing their intelligence, size or strength increase tenfold. Hammond was one of the guinea pigs in these experiments and he took advantage of the gorilla rebellion to build a space capsule that he attached to the ship of the gorilla Winston, himself present in the lunar colony.Once back on Earth, Hammond used his mechanical skills to transform his capsule into a combat mecca and became one of the mecca combat champions!The POP figure of Wrecking Ball represents him aboard his mech. Hammond looks very small compared to the huge robotic ball, installed in the cockpit on top of the mech. He is pointing in the direction he is going. He has his harness that secures him in the seat in case of a swirl and the hexagonal plate attached to his skull.On the mech's side, the POP takes the shape of a wrecking ball with its four legs allowing it to move like an insect when it is not simply rolling. The "body" of the mech is of several colours, mostly orange and green. Finally, Funko didn't omit any detail on the miniature by perfectly representing the different guns that come out of the mech.
