The witch is one of the evil characters in the Disney cartoon, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. The animated film, adapted from the Grimm brothers' tale, tells the story of Princess Snow White who finds herself living with her stepmother after her father's death. The queen is jealous of the princess' beauty and treats her with contempt. She finds herself wearing rags and doing household chores.Highly narcissistic and obsessed with being the most beautiful in the kingdom, the queen has a magic mirror to which she asks every day who is the most beautiful. The mirror always answers that she is the most beautiful until the day Snow White's beauty surpasses that of the queen. The queen, furious, asks her hunter to kill him and bring the princess' heart in a box. But the hunter spares Snow White and warns her of the danger posed by her mother-in-law. Snow White flees into the forest and takes refuge with the seven dwarves.When the queen discovers that she is still not the most beautiful woman in the kingdom, she understands that Snow White has not been killed and decides to take care of her. She consults a grimoire and finds a formula to transform herself into a scary and ugly old woman so that no one suspects her true identity. She then looks for a way to kill the princess and while flipping through her grimoires, she comes across a formula to concoct a poisoned apple: the victim will fall into a deadly sleep as she bites into the apple.The witch then goes in search of the princess and takes advantage of her naivety to manipulate her. Snow White bites into the poisoned apple and falls into an eternal sleep. Warned by the animals of the forest, the dwarves arrive but it is too late. They cross the witch and run towards her. Trapped, the old lady finds herself at the top of a rocky mountain and ends up falling into the precipice, struck by lightning.Physically, the witch is the opposite of the queen: a little old woman, wrinkled, with white hair and a long hooked nose. She has a wart on her nose and a broad chin. Her eyes are green with thick eyebrows.
