Daria - or Daria Morgendorffer - is the main character of the eponymous series. In the middle of a microcosm of housing where everything is nice and everything is nice - at least at first sight - she appears as one of the only discordant elements in the panorama, like an original oil stain on a cheerful but characterless painting.This gloomy and shady character, however, was not inherited from her family.
