Harvey Bullock is an inspector with the Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) where he is a partner with James Gordon. Although Harvey is a dedicated police officer, he knows Gotham well and realizes that it is difficult to move the lines and that it can be extremely dangerous to stand up to some of the city's criminals. So his association with James Gordon is a good thing: Gordon is braver and more idealistic, but Bullock is always there to cover for him and willing to cross certain lines to get information where Gordon doesn't venture.Despite the corruption in Gotham, Harvey Bullock is one of the few people to have the confidence of Inspector James Gordon, even though Gordon may not always appreciate Harvey's methods of achieving his goals.The character of Harvey Bullock is in some ways the stereotype of the policeman in the United States, without the features being too visible. Nevertheless, he seems to be a rather gruff and thoughtless detective, who breaks certain laws or imposes his own, but remains honest and loyal to his family and his mission.Physically, one could also think that the character is quite stereotypical and Funko pays tribute to him in this sense on the Harvey Bullock action figure. There's a not very tall, slightly plump, redheaded inspector with a beard that's not always well maintained. His style of dress is quite classic: he wears brown suit pants, a white shirt and a black tie. Harvey is also dressed in his brown hat and long raincoat. He has his hands in his pockets, as if he is gleaning information from the street from petty criminals in his boot.
