J.D, from the series Scrubs shares the same initials as the main character of the series Dallas which his mother was inspired to name him. J.D is the abbreviation of John Dorian, the first name then given to the main character of Scrubs, a humorous medical series where each character knows how to illustrate himself in a humor that suits him particularly well.J.D. is an aspiring doctor, a medical intern, sharing his life with his best friend and college buddy: Turk. Both of them were destined to become doctors. While Turk specializes in surgery, J.D. turns to general medicine. By following his daily life, just out of the university, we notice then the difficulty that he will have to make his place there. The world of university medicine is ruthless. It is not only medicine that is practiced there, but human relations and the management of his colleagues and patients.As a new intern who was completely crazy, loved stupid jokes and was very impressionable, J.D. quickly became the "newbie" of the cantankerous Dr. Cox, whom he came to recognize as his mentor. Very nice boy, very clumsy, J.D, during his years of internship then, of medicine, will multiply the hectic adventures in the hospital, tormented as much by the underhanded doctor Kelso as by the janitor having taken him in dislike without particular reason.J.D. lives with Turk as a roommate and together they own a stuffed dog of which they are both very proud because of the latter's sense of discipline. Never the last to do the 400 knocks, J.D, in spite of his childish side, knows how to invest of his person to become one day an excellent doctor. In the meantime, he will not fail to make one mistake after another, much to the delight of the audience and the annoyance of Dr. Cox.The Funko POP J.D. figurine gives him an almost heroic posture. For a little, you would think he came out of Greys Anatomy, but it is not. J.D likes to parade and give himself airs and that's what the posture of the J.D POP figurine tries to convey.This one stands straight, hands in pockets, a determined look towards the horizon that we guess very badly played. Thus, the J.D figure is faithful to the character taking himself seriously in a ridiculous way before his colleagues bring him back to reality from which he often escapes.The Funko POP J.D stands with his hands in his pockets, wearing that blue hospital uniform that corresponds to that of general practitioners. Atop his head, the Funko POP J.D figure sports a heavily slicked back hair that Dr. Cox never fails to mock. His cut, then, attests to his coquetry and the excessive intention he gives to his hair. Hair that, by itself, even managed to seduce one of his conquests until he was forced to shave it.
