Butch is one of the main characters in Pulp Fiction, and part of the script makes him one of the main characters, along with Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield. It should be noted that Butch Coolidge, also called "Bloody" from his boxer name, is played by Bruce Willis. Pulp Fiction, on the other hand, will mark the first and only collaboration between Quentin Tarantino and Bruce Willis, for a remarkably explosive result.Introduced about halfway through the plot, Butch Coolidge is a remarkably apathetic but terribly powerful boxer. Because of his abilities, everyone, necessarily, bets on him when the bookies take bets. Marcellus Wallace, a Los Angeles mob boss, comes to see him in the locker room and asks him to go down after several rounds. This way, the surprise will be complete and Wallace, by betting on Butch's opponent, will manage to collect a huge sum. Alone against a crime syndicate, Butch would be irresponsible not to obey. And just so happens, Butch Coolidge is irresponsible. Although cautious.Sure of his abilities, he will have bet on his victory in the first round, which had very little chance of happening. With one punch, he managed to defeat his opponent, even killing him accidentally. This, of course, enraged Marcellus Wallace who sent men after him to eliminate him.Butch's plan was perfect, and he and his partner were about to leave with the betting money when he learned that she had forgotten to take a watch dear to her heart. Risking everything, Butch, suspecting that he would find someone at home to eliminate him, goes back to get his watch. An unfortunate turn of events leads him to come face to face with Marcellus Wallace. The two men, consecutively, will find themselves captive of a sexual dungeon held by a dirty cop, giving rise to a mythical scene of the film. A particularly unusual scene that we will remember for its incredible outcome, or the character "The Cramp" and that of Z, characters seemingly out of nowhere in the middle of the conflict that opposed Butch to Marcellus Wallace. The Funko POP figure of Butch Coolidge represents him at the end of his journey. Indeed, after having escaped from the dungeon located under a pawnshop, he will have remorse and will return to save Marcellus Wallace, also a prisoner. Thus, the Butch Coolidge figure depicts the character with a katana after he grabs this item from the store.Naturally, in a nod to the movie, Funko has depicted the Butch Coolidge POP with a sword in hand and a face covered in blood, as he will eliminate Z and his accomplice on his way to rescue Marcellus Wallace. So, the Butch Coolidge POP figure presents the character as a savior, who is then forgiven by Marcellus Wallace and summoned to get out of Los Angeles after having spent an intense and improbable day. A day at the end of which, this one will recover the watch which he had come to seek.
