Joyce Byers is one of the main characters in Stranger Things. She is the mother of Will, the boy whose mysterious disappearance launches the plot of the first season of this Netflix series. A single mother of two children, Joyce tries to raise her boys modestly and in the best possible way. They live in a house near Hawkins and she works as a salesgirl in a small shop in the city.
