Played by Tom Hanks, Chuck Noland is the main character of the film Cast Away released in 2000. The film tells the story of Chuck as his plane crashes into the sea and he finds himself the only survivor, stuck on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean ...Chuck is an employee of the delivery company FedEx. At the time of the accident, he was on board a company aircraft. So it was only natural that his first reflex as a castaway would be to pick up the scattered packages that had come ashore on the island's beaches. It is only after several weeks that Chuck decides to open the parcels to perhaps find something useful for his daily life on the island. In particular, he discovers a volleyball, which he will transform into his companion by drawing a face. The ball, named Wilson after his brand, is most certainly what allowed Chuck to hold on as long as he did, feeling less lonely.Chuck Noland's Funko POP figurine in Cast Away is faithful to the character as he has just stranded in the Pacific. Indeed, although the figurine shows features marked by fatigue, we can say that these are only the first weeks of survival for Chuck.Indeed, on the POP, we find him with a beard a few weeks old and not yet too thinned by the situation. On the other hand, we can see that Chuck has already suffered some injuries with the marks of cuts and blood on his feet reminiscent of the painful walking on sharp corals.Chuck has adopted some survivor's codes and Funko represents him with a red garment on his head to protect himself from the sun's rays and a harpoon in his hands thanks to which he has just caught a crab to feed himself. This POP of Chuck is a great success, and presents the character at a different moment of the movie than the POP where we find Chuck with Wilson.
