Bob is the new fiancé of Joyce Byers in Stranger Things. This character becomes a recurring character in the second season of the series aired on Netflix and is a key character to succeed in pushing back the dangers that lurk on Mike Byers and the small town of Hawkins.His full name is Bob Newby, he is the manager of a small multimedia equipment store in town and, for some time now, Joyce Byers' boyfriend. Bob knows that Mike was reported missing last year, but he is completely unaware of the paranormal events that have occurred. Nonetheless, he remains very attentive with Mike to help him recover from this ordeal.In an effort to fit in with the close-knit Byers family, Bob provides the children with valuable advice. He tries not to impose himself on Jonathan while being there to reassure Mike. It is during Halloween that we learn a little bit more about Bob's personality, especially about his geek but also funny side.It is besides by leaning on a Halloween scene that Funko chose to propose a Bob figurine in Stranger Things. We find the character dressed as a vampire. He has a black costume, a white shirt and a long red and black cape.Bob has not forgotten anything to his vampire costume by adding false sharp teeth in his jaw and dark makeup around his eyes. On the figurine, he stands with his arms out in front and seems to walk like a zombie, a perfect reminder of the scene where he finds himself disguised like this at Joyce Byers' house as the children are out trick-or-treating.
