Kuwabara, in the middle of Yusuke's gang, is an involuntary clown among the protagonists. With a volcanic and exuberant temperament, he likes to speak loudly and play the kingpin although he is objectively the weakest of the four main characters. Of all Yusuke's allies in his fight against the Makai forces, Kuwabara, along with their master Genkai, happens to be the only human. A human who joined the war against the demons in spite of himself...Endowed with spiritual energy without knowing it, he will end up developing it after Yusuke's death at the beginning of the work. This energy, he will then develop it during the arc of the Genkai's succession by becoming one of his two pupils with Yusuke.Kuwabara and Yusuke share a very special friendship. The two characters, indeed, come from different schools. They are always fighting - always to Kuwabara's disadvantage - and their rivalry has given rise to a friendship that does not say its name. It is thanks to this friendship that Yusuke could come back from the spirit world after his deadly experience at the beginning of the manga.By developing his demonic energy, Kuwabara managed to give shape to a luminous sword. A sword which he will give several forms as he progresses in his training. It will take the form of a huge mass or a myriad of small energy blades that he will propel in order to attack from a distance. But his most impressive ability is the evolution of his sword that will allow him to cut through dimensions. A remarkable technique that Sensui will try to use to cut the portal separating the Makai from the human world.At the time of the war of the three kingdoms of Makai, Kuwabara will not take part in the events, focusing more on his studies. Who would have thought it? This stupid and brutal character turned out to be the most gifted in his school career.The Funko POP figure of Kuwabara presents him with his usual features. Like the other characters of Yu Yu Hakushô, Kuwabara will rarely change his outfit, except during the Dark Tournament arc where he will wear his white Biker suit. Here, Kuwabara POP figure is wearing his traditional blue school uniform that he will wear during the first arcs of the manga.Kuwabara's Funko POP is obviously wearing his famous bosozoku haircut - the one worn by Japanese thugs in the 1990s - with a reddish color. The character is certainly not the most powerful of the group, but he is at least the most persevering.
