Eleven is the central character in the plot of Stranger Things. The young girl, also named Elf by her friends, and whose real name is Jane Ives, is held in the Hawkins National Laboratory where Dr. Martin Brenner and his team are conducting experiments on her based on her exceptional telepathic and telekinetic abilities. When one of the experiments turns out to be a fiasco, Eleven releases the Demogorgon which will kidnap various people including the young Will Byers and Barbara Holland. Eleven takes advantage of the fiasco to escape from the laboratory where she is held. She finds herself wandering in the woods in her hospital uniform and ends up coming face to face with Mike, Lucas and Dustin looking for their friend.Mike Wheeler collects Eleven from his home. Understanding the girl's distress, he agrees to hide her in the basement of his house. Very quickly, the boys realize that the girl knows things about Will's disappearance and that she is their best asset in finding their friend as quickly as possible.Deprived of all socialization, Eleven is an introverted girl who cannot express herself and communicates with others with difficulty. Distrustful following numerous acts of abuse, she has had difficulty trusting others but seems good at finding caring people willing to protect her.For this POP figurine of Eleven, exclusive to the New York Comic Con, we find the girl wearing the hospital dress she has in the lab. She is therefore barefoot, simply dressed in this white dress with black flake-like patterns. On the POP, Eleven is wearing the electrode helmet used in the experiments. Her hair is shaved and she is bleeding from her nose, a symptom that occurs when she uses her powers. We recognize the girl's frightened face and the concentrated look she has as she prepares to use her telepathic abilities.
