Papa Smurf is the chief of the Smurf village in the Peyo comic strip. He is the only character to master spells, and his wisdom is very often useful to get the Smurfs out of a bad trap set by Gargamel ...The Smurfs are those little blue beings living hidden in the forest in their mushroom-shaped houses.
