Belle is the heroine of the story Beauty and the Beast. The tale has been adapted into an animated film by the Disney studios and a movie version. The story tells the adventures of the prince, who became the Beast after an enchanting creature put a curse on him, and of Belle, a young woman with a passion for reading who lives with her father Maurice.
