Moana is the heroine of the eponymous Disney drawing. Moana is the daughter of Tui, the tribal chief of a Polynesian island. The story is based on a thousand-year-old legend according to which the goddess Te Fiti is said to have created the world thanks to her magical heart before taking the shape of an island. One day, the demigod Maui steals her heart, the jade stone, in order to give it to man. Without his heart Te Fiti disintegrates and Maui is attacked Te Ka, the volcanic demon who also covets the heart and in his fight loses the stone and its magic hook which falls into the depths of the ocean. A thousand years later, Tala tells this story to her little daughter Moana who has been chosen by the ocean to restore Te Fiti's heart. Indeed, while she is still very small, Moana finds a stone on the beach while she is collecting shells. This green stone which shines is none other than Te Fiti's heart. It is a magical moment for Moana as the water retreats allowing her to discover all the marine life: turtles and fish that swim. Unfortunately, she loses the stone when her father Tui comes to take her away from the water? A few years later, as a teenager, the island is in danger, life is dying: the fish are disappearing and the coconuts are rotting on the trees. Encouraged by her grandmother, she decides to go beyond the reef, which her father formally forbids her to do. Tala then reveals to her the existence of a secret cave that hides many boats... Moana understands then that her ancestors were great travellers! Her dying grandmother entrusts her with the jade stone, the heart of Te Fiti, and encourages her to fulfill her destiny. She will be helped by the demigod Maui and accompanied by Pua the little pink pig and the rooster Hei hei... In this Pop! figurine, Moana is represented with her little Polynesian outfit. We find her brown skin and her rather light traditional clothes. She is wearing a skirt with several layers of beige fabric, which is beautifully detailed in this figurine. Under the skirt, she wears a light straw loincloth, her coral belt is an accessory matching her top, a kind of bra of the same color. Around her neck, she wears a necklace with a blue stone. Her hair is long, thick and brown like in the cartoon. In terms of posture, she has both hands resting on her hips, which gives her a determined look. This figurine is also accompanied by Pua, her little pig who accompanies her in her adventures. We find her brown spots, her snout and her big pink ears that give her such an adorable look.
