Monkey D. Luffy is the main character in the manga and animated series One Piece. Luffy is a young and daring pirate from the village of Fuchsia in East Blue. When he was still a child he ate a Devil's Fruit, the "Gomu Gomu No Mi", that is to say the fruit of the rubber that will make him a rubber man, able to extend all his limbs.
