Hedwig is one of Kevin Wendell Crumb's many personalities in Split. Released in 2017, Split features a young man with severe personality disorders. His psychiatrist detects no less than 24 different personalities in him, ranging from a young boy to a femme fatale, from a severe man to a fashion designer!Among all these personalities, some tend to dominate the others with one objective: to bring out Crumb's most violent personality, nicknamed the Beast. To do this, Dennis (one of the identities) kidnaps three young women in order to offer them to the Beast. The young girls are held captive and will have different interactions with Crumb, depending on the dominant personality at the time of the exchanges.It is one of these personalities that Funko has chosen to represent with this Hedwig POP. Hedwig is a young boy of nine years old. He has some obsessive behavioral disorders but seems completely harmless to others. Like all children his age, Hedwig likes to draw and dance.Young female prisoners will try to fool Crumb when he presents himself as Hedwig by relying on the boy's naivety. Unfortunately, he is also one of the most submissive personalities to others, and when they feel in danger, they regain control over him to replace the personality preventing the girls from abducting Hedwig to escape.Hediwg's POP in Split thus represents the character while Crumb is "convinced" to be a 9-year-old child.
