Mulch Diggems is one of the characters in Artemis Fowl. This goofy dwarf and kleptomaniac possesses extraordinary abilities related to his dwarf condition: digging and swallowing earth, asphyxiating with a gas he releases or relying on his overdeveloped strength.We know relatively little about Mulch's youth, but we do know that he lost his magic when he entered a human dwelling. He willingly bartered his powers in exchange for the opportunity to steal treasures from humans. These numerous thefts have led to his repeated arrests.While in prison, Mulch is offered a deal by LEP officers to reduce his sentence by 50 years if he agrees to break into the Fowl mansion. The objective: to determine if the agent Holly Short who is held there by Artemis is still alive on the one hand, but also to discover what Artemis is using to unmask the People.Accepting the deal, Mulch was sent to scout Artemis Fow. It was there that he discovered a copy of the Book and tried to steal it before being surprised by Butler, whom he managed to knock out. He continues his mission until he finds where Holly Short is held, but instead of freeing her and returning to the LEP center, Mulch makes the choice to try to escape for good...To perfect his escape, the dwarf makes it look like a landslide and makes you think he perished by putting the sensor he has on him on a rabbit and strangling it... His nature regaining the upper hand, he won't leave empty-handed and will steal a good part of Holly's ransom before escaping!Funko pays a nice tribute to the character with this POP figure from Mulch Diggems where we find the dwarf with an atypical physique. He is dressed in his camouflage outfit on which he also wears a big brown coat. His grey outfit is tied with a belt, and he has his big boots at his feet.On the accessory side, Mulch simply wears mittens on his hands and his glasses raised on his forehead. Finally, we recognize the features and the unattractive physique of the dwarf: a character not very tall, rather big and with an invasive beard that he has also tied up!
