Dennis Nedry is an engineer working for Jurassic Park. In charge of the computer system, Nedry is one of the experts in his field and suffers from a lack of recognition for his work although he has the confidence of Hammond who has entrusted him with a mission of extreme importance given the occupants of the park.At the heart of the plot of Jurassic Park's first opus, Dennis Nedry is the character who will turn everything upside down. After getting angry with John Hammond, who refuses him a pay rise, he will agree to betray his employer and give dinosaur embryos to other companies in return for an attractive remuneration. Nedry, as an intelligent man, plans the exfiltration of the embryos by hiding them in what looks like shaving foam bombs. In order to escape from the park, he disables the security systems, creating panic on the island...If Dennis had prepared his plan well and anticipated his escape, he finds himself confronted with heavy weather that delays him until his jeep comes to a standstill. He is then forced to get out of the vehicle and is attacked by a dilophosaurus, a small crested dinosaur that spits a venom in Dennis' face.If he is personified as the "villain" of Jurassic Park's first opus, Denis Nedry is above all greedy and stupid. At no time does he seem to wish for the death of other people and create such chaos. His malevolent acts have had more dramatic consequences than he could have predicted...Dennis Nedry's POP action figure is just like the character: a rather potbellied, geeky looking man (or nerd, from where his name probably comes from) with his big glasses on his forehead, his curly hair and his not very trendy look.On this POP, Dennis Nedry is represented wearing his yellow raincoat that he wears in his escape, he has his badge hanging on his shirt and above all he holds in his hand the vial (in the form of shaving foam) that contains the dinosaur embryos stolen from the Jurassic Park laboratory. The figurine is a very nice achievement and we recognize under the features of the character a rather naive and innocent face, not to say a little "stupid"!
