Levi Ackerman is a secondary character in Hajime Isayama's work, The Attack of the Titans. Highly appreciated by fans, Levi is the most powerful soldier in the Exploration Battalion, a military organization to which he pledges allegiance. In fact, throughout history, he has been regularly designated as the Corporal-Master of the Exploration Battalion. Seemingly cold and distant, Levi is nevertheless one of the characters who values the preservation of human life the most. Amazed at the way he used the three-dimensional equipment, Erwin Smith, major of the exploration battalion, immediately recognized the value of this new recruit. Over the years, Levi Ackerman rose to the rank of Master Corporal in the Exploration Battalion.
