With the eye of a hacker, Neo will be able to rework the Matrix program to his liking. This will allow him to create "bugs" that will allow him to fly and gain access to superhuman strength and abilities.Later, in the other films of the quadrilogy, Neo will have to go back and forth between the real world and the Matrix in order to thwart the order of the machines that have taken over humanity.
