Ronald Bilius Weasley aka Ron is one of the main characters in the Harry Potter saga. He is the sixth son of Arthur and Molly Weasley. He comes from a large family and lives in a large multi-storey house.He joined Hogwarts, the school of magic in 1991 where he meets his twin brothers Fred and George, one year older. He meets Harry Potter on the platform before crossing the barrier of the 9 lane ¾. They share the same compartment of the Hogwarts Express and get to know each other. They also meet Hermione Granger. At the Student Allocation Ceremony, the Magic Sorting Hat sends Ron to the Gryffindor House, just as it did for Harry and Hermione. They then form the trio of inseparable ones.
