He also wears his black raincoat and holds in his hand his umbrella, a nod to the DC character. If in the movie The Batman, the umbrella is not a gadget full of weapons, it remains a "signature" accessory of the Penguin and Matt Reeves reminds it in the movie.It is easy to imagine that this POP is taken from one of the scenes where the Penguin comes out of his den.
