Derek Shepherd is one of the main characters of the American series Grey's Anatomy, broadcast since July 2006 in France. Interpreted by the actor Patrick Dempsey, Derek is a brilliant neurosurgeon, neurosurgery attending the Seattle Grace Hospital, a fictional hospital staged in the American series.
