Butters Stotch is perhaps one of the most unlikely characters in South Park. Where in the world in which he evolves, everything is vulgarity, violence and absurdity, he, compared to his friends, is just an innocent young boy whose innocence seems surreal. And it is precisely because he is so innocent in such a corrupt world that it becomes funny, even though we are made to laugh at his expense. In the early seasons of South Park, Butters was at best a peripheral character who was given very little screen time. It was only over time, and especially during season 5 with the very famous Butters Episode, that Matt Stone and Trey Parker would give him a predominant importance. Little by little, Butters will have replaced the character of Kenny and will have offered himself a place of choice among the cast of the main characters.Often brought to be the unfortunate accomplice of Cartman who does not hesitate to torment him, Butters is an endearing sufferer whose improbable setbacks and clumsiness will never cease to amuse the viewers of South Park.South Park is an animated series that has been broadcast since 1997 and has met with success in France after its first broadcast on Canal +. It is about a form of fat humor, absurd, often even polemical, putting in scene young children evolving through improbable adventures. Each character is a concentrate of eccentricity in his own way. And, in the middle of all this cast of characters sometimes outrageous, Butters appears as a little naive boy good to undergo all the bullying and humiliations likely to be imposed on him.Unfairly punished by demanding and conformist parents to the point of caricature, Butters is the figure of the average American boy, thrown into a ruthless world for which he was not prepared. A world that doesn't hesitate to martyr him in every episode he appears in.Butters' Funko POP figure reveals him in all his splendor. This form of silly innocence that Butters seems to be made of covers abundantly the dimensions of his figure. We find there the usual forms of the characters of South Park with short legs and heads overdeveloped compared to the rest of the body.True to himself in this outfit that he never leaves - except to embody the ridiculous Professor Chaos - the Butters figure wears his light blue jacket accompanied by the usual gray pants. It is especially his face that challenges. Although he is usually very cheerful in all circumstances - which often gets him into serious trouble - Butters presents himself here with a sad and disconsolate face. That is to say, after suffering all the worst setbacks one could possibly experience, Butters takes the brunt of it. Even his childish good humor can't last as long as he's been tortured. A torture that you will have to inflict to him in your turn if you wish it thanks to the Funko POP figurine of Butters.
