Baxter Stockman is a mad scientist who appears in Ninja Turtles. Stockman is the stereotype of the bad guy who seems to have no other convictions than the destruction of the world. He sometimes puts his talents as a scientist at the service of Shredder, which makes him even more opposed to the Ninja Turtles...In a failed experiment, Baxter Stockman transformed himself into a mutant half-man half-fly. This mutation thus applied to him an important physical transformation with in particular wings in the back allowing him to fly.The POP figure of Baxter Stockman is faithful to the character who is presented in his "mutant" version. We find the young man with badly coiffed blond hair and the physique of a fly.
